Items purchased online and fulfilled via curbside pickup or in-store pickup may be returned to the same retail location where the order was collected. Returns for business-to-business (B2B) orders, including bulk purchases and orders with specialized pricing, may be subject to different return terms as outlined in your B2B agreement. Please contact your account representative or our customer service team for B2B return instructions.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. We do not process direct exchanges at this time.
